Another photo that I had hoped to see finish much higher. panning birds in flight is not easy, and whilst there is some softening, that is more than made up for by the inclusion of the shadows on the ice. |

Lovely shadows, this would be even better if the birds were not visible and just the shadows, IMO |

Cool birds! The white balance looks a little off- the snow looks bluish rather than white. |

Kinda cool that you'd not really notice there are two birds except by the shadow - then you notice the second beak. |

Very nice! The birds are flying close together but we can see from the shadows that there are two. |

great capture on this one, love the intensity of the eye looking at you. the shadows make the picture well balanced 9 |
