nice composition but maybe a little too much saturation

I think the composition would be stronger if the gull were looking out to sea. The photo appears very grainy and the light is too harsh on the bird because it is overexposed.

This looks like a beautiful place...I like the combination of colours

The bird is very blown out. Exposure is too long or your contrast is too high. Plus the composition has too much in it. I would shoot to exclude that guard rail. In photography, "less is more".

Sorry, but this feels rather like a snapshot to me. The roadside guardrail is a huge distraction and the saturation on the blue and/or cyan looks like it has been pushed up way too far, which tends to bring out sensor noise besides giving the ocean a "fake" look. The photo definitely meets the challenge, but it does nothing beyond that. A great photo should usually stand on its own.

Some problems here that could use correcting. Mainly, the bird is sort of blown out and not sharply in focus. Your composition is hurt by having the bird facing out of the frame. The horizon tilts, which can easily be corrected with a slight rotation. I also think the shot is over-processed or over-sharpened, I can't tell which, but the water looks too unnatural for my tastes.

I like the seagull's perch watching over his kingdom. And I like the spit of sand in the distance that balances with that in the foreground. I do think the blue may be a bit over the top, though. Maybe try re-editing it with a bit less saturation, more natural color.

More background than subject.

well , wow, what can you say about this little treasure. He does seem to be a tad blown out. The sea is delightfully blue as is the rail guard. A little more detail in the seagull may be called for.

Contrast too high causing a lose in texture and detail. bird seems blurry and washed out with the brightness. I do like the composition

I don't care for the editing done to this image.
