Not much editing: adjusted WB, converted fron RAW, noise reduction, level adjustment, resized and sharpened.

The white feathers are exposed perfectly. Your processing gave the water an interesting look. I think it would be a little better if the tail feathers weren't cropped off, but overall, a very nice photo.

Gorgeous bird. I think it could have used a little more saturation or contrast to do it justice.

Also, your file size is a lot smaller than was allowed. You may have lost some clarity to JPEg compression. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.

This would be great if it just had a little catchlight in the eye. Exposure for the white feathers is perfect.
