You've started with a good idea to show the birds and their reflections but it is overexposed and grainy and that is not adding to the photo.

Way too much noise. Focus too soft.and the exposure is too hot, the beaks actually disapper into the water because it's overexposed.

This is a nice scene, but for this Challenge of birds, I'd really like to see their eyes and the colors of those beaks. If you were to crop it so they were sitting on that lower left thirds line though, you really do would have a nice "photographic scene" of birds on the lake. With an overcast day, those beaks really popped too.

What a lovely capture, I think it could be my monitor, but I can not see their beaks at all, it all seems rather blown out.
