Lovely colours, especially the lilac-very nice

Colours are wonderful. Your border is a bit over the top and unnecessary, sorry.

Nice photo, but it feels crowded on the left and right sides relative to the top and bottom. If you had the option of pulling out further I might have liked to see that, otherwise a more square crop by bringing the top and bottom closer may have worked equally well. I also think the bright purple inner border is a slight distraction.

too soft, but nice subject. very important to get the eyes in focus, the whole head if you can.

Really nice shot. I think the border is too loud and large though. It distracts from an otherwise beautifully composed and focused photo.

Nice photo, the frame is actually unecessary as it detracts from the impact of the bird's colouring. Other than that, perhaps more contrast around the head?

Nice shot but the color seems off to me ....

They don't sit very often - very nice catch of this little guy! Amazing purple in the feathers - very nicely offset with the gold (Mother Nature is an excellent color coordinator sometimes). A touch of noise reduction (Neat Image or Noise Ninja or the like) would smooth out the background a bit, helping even more to highlight the detail and color of the feathers.

Beautiful capture. Maybe a little tight in the frame...

Wow, what luck to find one resting. Nice color and use of the border.

Nice colors on the wee one. Not really a fan of the border as it draws my attention from the bird.

Nice capture. Even though the border color perfectly matches the foliage on the bird, it does detract and would have been better a much thinner border or no border at all. The diagonal really works well.

very nice shot, clean cut, sharpness just right, colours glorious. The border is nearly the same colour.
