I think a closer view, to get some of the detail in the book showing, may have wowed me better. My eye keeps trying to find some extra detail.

Interesting concept, but it doesn't move me as much as it could. The page being out of focus on the right and having the pages be so bright and kind of yellow tinted makes it look more ordinary

Of course I love it: I'm sitting here wearing an "Imagine Peace" button that I got at a Yoko Ono art show in Berkeley. The photo itself is very well done.

There just seems to be something lacking in this image... perhaps a third object or something around the candle? The candle seems lopsided...

very nice lighting and set up. My only criticism is that the candle used is kinda ugly, but won't mark off for that minor detail.

A bit too soft for my taste - maybe being closer in to just the first page (and including the candle) would have worked better?
