Ahh.. nicely done. I find your interpretation to be much more appealing with the softness and darker areas. Not sure many took the time to compare the original.

Wow! That's a ceiling, I thought it was a sandy area. I really like the simplicity of this. I wonder what it would like in sepia. |

much better than the original, I'm concerned if this is actually your ceiling. I think you did a great job considering the subject matter you were working with. I think the only thing I would like is for the lighting to be a little more even, not too much though because I like how it goes from bright to dark from the corner |

quite close to the original shot, unfortunately that is valid for composition and impact, too. |
