"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Interesting choice of quote for the illustration, not 100% sure that it works completely with the picture, how about Proverbs 34:14?
Anyhoo back on subject...Very nicely composed and the loan oarsman does add a sense of feeling to the image. There seems to be something right on the left hand border about 1/3rd of the way from the bottom which is distracting me way more than it should do and could possibly have been cropped
Lovely sunset and reflection |

this is a great picture, the person in the canoe really completes it. 9 |

This shot is amazing. The ripples in the water, the person in the left corner, the reflection of the sunset in the water, to the sunset itself, which isn't too overwhelming all add to this picture. The title also causes you to wonder, I looked it up myself to see what it was. |

Few people know the verse and most that don't won't be looking it up. I think it would be better to have the verse rather than the reference here. The rower is rowing out of the picture. Rowing into the picture is usually better. Teh sun and grass are placed well, so if you could have caught him/her around the 3 pronged grass it would have been perfect if there was enough separation to not look like the boat was getting skewered. |

Yes, I'm sure this was a peaceful scene when you were there but it does not produce that feeling in me. The reference to Jeremiah confuses me further. Sorry, I'm just not the right audience for what you are trying to say. |

Nice record shot, but it doesn't do anything for me for this challenge. Bad lighting, horizon in the middle, kayaker is so far away he/she is almost distracting. |

"But I know the plans I have for you. . ." One of my favorite verses of hope and promise. Who could not have peace with that promise :) |
