 This is Chloe. She wasn't very helpful in this challenge and although I really like this image, I struggled with the shadows under the chin. She doesn't like to be high and keeps to the ground, so I would have to get on my belly and try and catch her quickly. After a couple of shots she would start purring and come for a petting. I would and push her away but she kept coming at me...Not a good model. I took several shots and settled with this. I hope it keeps my >5.99999 streak going, but know there are going to be plenty of amazing shots. Fingers are crossed.

4 hours until this challenge starts and I have gone back and tweaked this so many times, that I no longer like the image. On my old school desktop monitor, the image looks good...on my laptop it looks awful...I now think my streak of 6+ is in jeopardy and I can no longer look at this image, so what you see is my last straw!!!!

Looks like full frontal onboard flash, but it worked well in this case.

Weird eye color. Good focus and DOF. I'd like the crop to not end in the center of the (photo) left ear, though.

The cat herself looks great - perfect w/b, great details. But her eyes are overdone IMO. They just don't look natural.
