levels, curves, brightness/ contrast, hue/ saturation, usm, desaturated lots of the blue. resizeded added border. thats it. hope to get at least a 5. but think it might be a personal best.

btw, The titles from a book written by the lead singer from the band incubus.

The subject seems to be more "crunchy dark rocks" than "fluffy white clouds". I'm not sure if the tilt is adding to this or not. I'd have to see it untilted. I do like the appearance of the rocks and water in the freground.
