from Stairway to Heaven. (There's a feeling I get when I look to the west and my spirit is crying for leaving) My son and I went to the same old abandoned grainery where "Boy Lost" was taken. He's a few years older and I liked the feeling of him looking out the old window.

Again, it is that wonderful light you have captured illuminating your subject. The moody lighting plays well into the feel of searching and seeking what lies beyond the broken window.

And he's a few years older now - he's so young here! You should take another.

phew, so glad many of the voters liked this one as I do. The shot would make a great insert. I eco what the others have already said, great shot :)

It only occurred to me after I had voted that in fact young 'un there is looking to the east (I always think of myself looking toward the north ;-). But such is life. Still a shot worthy of the challenge and one of your best IMO.

You should have flipped this photo, so that's he looking to the west side on every screen. Still, a nice photo.

Nice lighting on the face and hand. Like the DOF. Would like to see a little more of the outside and less of the inside.
