 Not quite a macro, but I was playing to see if I could get this sharp. I quite liked it. Pink paper as the background.

The colors are so interesting in this that it might easily be mistaken for a painting. Well done.

Great attempt and you succeeded, but an easier way would be to up the iso to 400 and close down that aperture. I would have liked a majority of the stem to be also as sharp as possible, but that is my pref, not necessarily yours. ;-)

Beautiful spring feel to this one! Love the pink background, that works so much better than stark white. Petals look like they're nice and sharp, so your test was a success! Well done!

I do like the petals on the flower being sharp. The composition is lovely and the background works very well for my eyes.

I like the composition. The focus is great on the flower. May want to try f8 or f10 to get more of the leaves in focus. In the end it really comes down to what you like. Pink paper made for a nice background.
