HUGEASS kudos to you, for this brilliant idea. Water dropping and cascading all over is a great idea in itself, however the idea to use the silverware in the back is brilliant. Adds way more interest, and also I love how you used that blue color. Its perfect!

This is fabulous. Great, creative idea and placing the three in the background really added to the whole image. Congrats on top 10 with this super shot.

great sharpness and pop of color with the blue

Great shot. The silverware in the background might have made this a bit too busy. Still, very nicely captured.

One of my favorites so far, very sharp and great lighting, I like the background too, well composed overall

Good lighting, focus and color. The background utenils makes the shot a little too busy. Perhaps if it had a little less contrast back there it would allow the foreground subject to stand out more.

Good use of shallow DOF and fast shutter speed. There are some red spots reflecting here and there, that distracts a bit.

the fork, the knife and the spoon on the background are distracting was a better choice an uniform background.

the backdrom siverware could have bben avoided also .... takes away the crisp of the splashing water....
03/07/2008 08:39:39 PM
I think this would have been awesome without the three in the background.
03/06/2008 09:42:43 PM
amazing highlights and your shutter speed must be super fast!

Interesting, your pic came up right after the one that has water pouring over the backside and is rotated 180, which, i'm sorry to say, lessens yours. Not that its not a great capture, but after seeing the other one, your background distracts, and the crop looks too tight. still a 6

sharp and colorful. nice.

Great idea; water adds dynamism to a normally static subject.

Backgrounds a bit distracting.

I like this but find the background to be distracting.

At first I didn't even see that the water was splashing on a foreground fork! I thought I was looking into a tub of water.

whats with the random bit of red in the water?
