 I know this picture didn't really come out as blurry as I wanted it to but It was such a good picture otherwise, I didnt have any that matched it's Quality. I posted one other one I wanted to enter. Let me know which was the better choice...

A little blurry, but not at all messy... I'm guessing the traffic in the foreground was at a standstill. Nice blues in this.

chaotic and disorganized yes ... blurry, only a little really, I think I'd have liked more light movement ... maybe the if the cars in the foreground were not there .. the image is interesting though and the colours are nice

A good idea however, I'm not too keen on the 'Tartan' border. I know it was probably out of your control, but I'd like to have seen the front cars blurred and the background cars static. At first glance it didn't appear to have met the challenge, until I noticed the streaks in the back.
