| This little woodpecker really gets around, doesn't he? Great detail and lighting- a worthy entry. You might burn in the right side a bit (a little too bright) and dodge the eye and face to bring out detail. I'd like to see the bird less centered, too. |

| Bird's head seems slightly out of focus. Good use of DOF. I also like how you cropped this image. Would make pretty good cover photo. |

| Great capture. With a bit more space at the top, a bit less at the bottom, I think it would make a nice cover. |

| Nice capture but perhaps a selective sharpening around the bird's head would help it immensely. Nice background blur. How close were you able to get to this little guy? |
