| This is dynamite with the placing, attitudes, etc of the people. A bit off the beam of the challenge, what with neither blur nor chaos (or mess) but it's a great pic. |

| A longer exposure time would have not only given you more light, but would also have given you more blur. Nice try. |

| All a little too dark and flat for my liking, a bit of blur and a bit chaotic from the people but I am mainly focused on the lights higher up and kind of miss them |
