One of my top picks for this challenge. not just a blurry mess, but a blurry mess that shows me the high dynamics you captured so well. Somehow I get: 'Look how fast I'm rushing' out of your picture

Nice lights! The blur creates a cool sense of movement without makin ghte shot unintelligable.

It's a typical night shot... the flaw, IMO, is the non-smooth panning which leads to the rather jagged light trails. I prefer smooth linear light trails. Mixed lighting makes getting cool colour hard too. Not a bad attempt.
