This is good. You can almost hear the orders flying, smell the fish. These guys are in their element. Proper environmental portrait.

Great pic but it seems the focus is on the guy behind the counter. I find the guy in the foreground dominates the shot though. just my opinion

A slightly different angle would have brought both people into a clearer composition which would add more to this shot.

Your skin tones are off, Stop down your lens, edges are a little soft

I think the composition would be slightly better with the guy behind not being in the shot ... also the fact he is on the phone is a little distracting .. meets challenge well though
