The title is his name, and one of the things that he says. He can make any sound that he hears. His fav game is to make the "Nextel Beep Beep" and then laugh when everyone looks at their phone. He also copies the back up alarm on the garbage truck, makes hammer noises when anyone hammers on anything, and the list goes on and on. The warble siren on an ambulance was the one that took me the longest to figure out.
PP= Exposure, contrast, levels, highlights/shadows, slight bump in saturation. I removed the highlight from the eye, but am not so sure that I should have. I changed my mind and put the highlight back.
Here is the original unedited version.

Gosh, you brought that up well from the original. Sammy Bird is very accomplished and it sounds like he has quite a sense of humour as well. No bird brain obviously!
His eye is noticeably different from the other bird's eyes.

Hi Waddy, I love the way you have filled the frame and think the colours and everything are perfect. This bird sounds great, terrific little story about him.

Wow, amazing image, in many ways! First, what a fantastic subject, love your crop; next, it is amazing how much detail and color is in the image, you wouldn't know it from the original; finally, what an expert job of editing!

Your edit is great. You brought out a lot of detail in the feathers with it. I agree with you about leaving the catchlights in, good move :)

Great job. I love the texture you got from the feathers. I agree about eye catch lights... they should always be one. I have added them when none was present. ;-)

Hello, and welcome. I think the difference in the before and after on this is pretty striking. I want more people to see it, so please copy and paste your post into the images thread here June B&A Images thread

I would have just done it for ya, but I didn't know if that was considered good form. :-) I added you to the list, and am looking forward to seeing some more over the next few weeks!
