Greetings from the Critique Club...
Hi GeneralE...
My critique on this photograph is going to be in the form of a question to you. The answer to this question will be your critique :)
What was your intent with this photo?
When you list your intent(s), compare it with your personal list of all the elements that make up a truly great and inspiring photograph. Here is a partial list of elements that I believe make strong photos:
1. Interesting color
2. Interesting light
3. Interesting textures and shapes
4. Interesting point of view
5. Interesting subject
6. Interesting effects
7. Stirs emotion
8. Creates questions/mystery
This is not a complete list and there are very few photos that could possibly incorporate all of these at once. Any one of these, on its own, can create a strong image. Multiples combined into one image can create something phenomenal.
Tell me what you think :)

I'll give an extra vote for the bad puns. |

I would have liked to see some more blur to add more dynamics, it still looks rather static as it is. |

To be brutally honest... it's just not interesting... :( |

Either a very short shutter speed, or doesn't appear to be moving very fast. |

Unfortunately, it does not appear that motion blur is enhancing your shot - a slightly longer exposure / tracking shot might have made the background more swooshy and the wheels less well defined. And it's purely personal opinion which has not impact on my voting, but a white Honda isn't the most photogenic of vehicles. That aside, I like the composition and I reckon you did a reasonable job on what is a difficult process. 6. |

Slower shutter would have conveyed more speed/blur. I can see a little blur in the hub caps but the trees/hedge look more like shallow DOF to me. Hope this helps. :) |
