Greetings from the Critique Club...

Hi Mona...

I think the comments you received throughout the challenge sum up the resulting score on the photo pretty concicely. I won't reiterate those...

Other than that, the image doesn't seem to create any special interest for me. Does he walk on the spool? That could also create some interesting images :) When I was young, one of my neighbors had some really large wooden spools in his back yard that we used to walk on. Some of them were 6 feet tall and quite entertaining :)

Very little actual motion blur captured although it's clear from the content that the main subjects are in motion. Nice composition and lines.

Good idea, but I think you used too fast of a shutter speed for this challenge... all of the motion is frozen!

Good motion, I don't see any blurring though. A slower shutter speed would have done the challenge better. Good pic though, nice composition.

I see motion, but I don't see motion blur, looks pretty sharp to me. Some more thought to the angle of view to exclude the fence would also have improved the picture in my opinion.

This looks like a pretty good stopped motion shot :) Maybe some spool walking would create a more impactive photo overall also... = 3
