| I'm not quite sure how you managed to achieve this within basic editing parameters but the effect is quite stunning - the reflections in particular are wonderful. The lack of pin-sharpness actually helps, there's a dizzying, almost hypnotic feel to the image. |

| This is a really funky sky and interesting point of view. I gave a 6 for uniqueness, but not higher as it doesn't fit the theme as well as others in this challenge. |

| The only comment I have is the horizon line is right in the middle. I think having more of the sky and less of the water in this shot would be better. |
