 Not sure what the hell this is, but I decided it needed to have its picture taken. I like the used pill package that someone stuffed into the mix.

I love the irony of the bright red 'Caution Buried Electrical' tape wrapped around an obviously exposed electrical line.

pfft, first I thought those were napkins

well at least they didn't litter...oh my! cities are pretty interesting, especially in places you least expect...

I think the red tape is perfectly placed, people can be so clever!

Looks like an old temporary power setup at a construction site...gone bad! Makes an interesting shot. Could be in the istructional manual for the city of Pittsburgh: What is NOT acceptable!

The splash of red from the tape is what sets the image off and ties it together (no pun intended). :)
