I like the lighting. With the angle of the arms they look stubby, but I know they are stretched out towards the camera.

Nice image - Like the interesting lighting and the pose. Not so much my cup of tea but can still see the effectiveness of it.

The way his arms are positioned makes it look like the hands are connected to the biceps, not the forearms. Simply making him hold them lower would've fixed this.

The lighting seems to have lost rather than enhanced tha muscle shapes (apart from the shoulders).
Sadly the subject also looks cross eyed to me.
