Excellent panning! Perfect top motion on the girl, even a good expression. As to leaving the tilt in, it might add to the overall aesthetics, but the viewer has to get past seeing the houses which clearly show this is camera tilt rather than going down a hill.

In any case, I really like the shot, and the joyful expression she has, which with the motion makes this a joyful shot.

Nice capture. Love the tilted angle and the crop. B&W gives it character too.

Very nice. I like the black and white against the gray blurr. However, is she really going down hill? The buildings in the background don't seem to agree.

This conveys a lot of fun! The smile on your focused subject is very infectious. The panning technique worked very well. The slant also makes the suggested motion very fast. I am not sure if black and white works here, maybe this needs color to add more vibrancy (because of the fun nature of the photograph). But it's a good effort!!!

This is very well done. I like that you made it look like she is riding downhill. Kinda adds to the impression that she is going really fast. It looks like she is having fun too, which captures mood. Add that to motion and you get Great! 10

Nice diagonals in the blurred background and great use of black and white to really make the focused main subject pop out from the background. Nice smile on her face too and I like that she's moving into the empty part of the frame.
