 Another Robber Fly sitting on the fence about 30cm (1 foot) from a paper wasp's nest. I think he might have been eyeing up lunch but eventually flew off hungry. The fact that Rozy had her 100mm macro about 120mm (5") from his face had nothing to do with it. - At least thats what Rozy says.

I can just imagine you two arguing over who gets to shoot the bug! Your "broken" camera isn't just a ploy to get your hands on Roz's new toy, is it?

This is a really nice macro, Greg. I like that purple color to give it a somewhat alien look.

I wish I had these around our home like you do.....
