| Very misty look to this. IMHO, it may have had a more mysterious look (if that is what you were going for) with a more reddish or blue light showing through the opening. The white tends to draw the eye in and away from the crystals. |

| Awesome! I thought of shooting a geode this week but couldn't get my hands on one in time. Sharp and your composition is very effective. |

| A coloured light to refract from some mof the crystals would have turned this good shot into a smasher |
