The tilt is odd, and I like all about the rest of the shot. The shallow DOF is working good to help bring the subjects out of the BG. |

Agree with others about the BG, but I do quite like how you did the oddness. (I share the ambition to do well with one of one's "lesser" cameras; not just the making do attitude, or It is a poor workman complains ..., but for me a growly almost frothing at the mouth ambition. Oh, I guess I AM frothing). |

a good concept shot for the odd challenge - but i agree with a couple other comments - the background really hurt your score - simplicity works great here at DPC and the background had far too much going on so that we as viewers and voters could not see the tiles for the trees |

I think you got the DOF perfect. But I don't much like the BG, for me it doesn't go with the idea of a rally or w/dominoes. JMO! |

nice perspective shot with good shallow DOF - i think the dominos could use a bit more contrast to really make them jump, but it seems to work okay |

Nice idea, with only the odd numbers visable. Not to be picky, but the 2nd domino has a ugly mark in it. Note sure the imperfection adds rather than detraacts from the photo. |
