Greetings from the critique club! Good choice of subject for this challenge for a couple of reasons. One - he is by himself. Two - coincidentally enough he is number 7.
For ISO 1600, you handled the noise quite well however if you had an opportunity to shoot at a low ISO I can only imagine how sharp this would have been.
The composition works well and makes good use of negative space.
Colors are rich and nicely saturated without going overboard.
Overall well done. |

Good true color and sharpness. He appears to be daydreaming. I'd prefer seeing his face. |

it's kind of cool to notice how the ground gets beat up and trampled where the outfielders tend to line up - the darkness of the green grass really emphasizes the baseball player - the odd uniform number adds to the theme here |
