 I was shooting for the P&S side challenge and happened upon a series of great windows at a local living museum. The light was pretty bright, but i really liked how the shadows were interacting with the wood and the screen. I think the square crop and details I was able to get with my 2mp camera came out pretty good - so I enter...lol

I figure about a 5.6, but I can hope for more!

Editing: Adjusted levels, adjusted hue/saturation - colorized to sepia tones, USM at large radius for contrast, Brightness/Shadows, crop, save for web. USM at small radius, add border. Save

Really nice texture shot, i Love the way that you avoided going for square window, square crop. The rectangularisation (this cant be a real word but it will do) of the image actually draws you into the window more

So simple, maybe even boring-looking at first glance, but the textures really draw me in when I take a minute to observe. Nice job.

wouldn't feel right voting on this one as I recognize this from the p&s challenge. but I did like i there. probably would score it a 6 or 7.
