This photo was going to be my entry in the sepia challenge until I found out the Tonemapping was not allowed in basic editing [10 minutes before rollover]. I had less than 10-minutes to pull this photo and edit a photo taken this week that I thought would look OK. So needless to say my sepia challenge entry is not doing so well.

I decided to work a little more on this photo and change the tone from sepia a moody blue - black & White. It's a photo of one of the oldest houses in Columbus. The POV made the house look hauntingly inviting leading me to go with a very moody and haunting looking picture.

I don't how well it will go over in a Free Study challenge but I hope it reaches a 6+ score. Haven't had a six or above score in a while.

Ohhh I love the detail and fabulous lighting on this grand building. Nice angle, because it makes the mansion appear larger and looming!!

The processing and tones here are just superb! The house is rather ghastly and use of night light would make Tim Burton proud!

Classic, timeless Gone with Wind style here. very nice capture, elegnt lines and great choice of colours. i do not get that feeling of haunting from this though
