 Male Rufus Hummer taken in my backyard using my Nikon 80-400 at 400mm. Minimal Editing done on this one, most in RAW conversion.

Converted from RAW in RSP:
Color Temp = 4700
Tint = -5
Exp Comp = +.20
Fill = 16
Shadow = +18
Highlight = -12
Custom Med Cont Curve at 5, 1.00, 255

Cleaned in Noise Ninja

PSE6:
Clone out small white spots on bottom of bill
Smartfix at 40%
Brightness at +5
Resize
USM at 140, .2, 3
Add Border
Save for Web

The focus is perfect with this, and the f8 gives plenty of DOF and sharpness. I can see how the fill flash made this work. The little details are impressive.
