 Started with the obligatory shot of a tossed beer can, shadow/highlight, added 3 layers - window frame, scratchy window and rain - then levels, brightness/contrast, overlay dodge and burn

I'm too far behind to comment on all of these, but you've been doing a great job on the overlays. I like that frame, it does the job even if it's not completely realistic.

this is really Good!! The window frame brings one's eye to the subject and the tones pull it all together...

Like the colors, the subtle window grid, and the harshness of the can right in the middle (content-wise). Would have been a good "pollution" entry.
