Shot in Quebec City, in the Petit Champlain area of the Old Town that sits at the foot of the legendary Chateau Frontenac. Quebec City is celebrating its 400th anniversary this year. The town is really in a festive mood. If you have been waiting for the perfect occasion to visit this spectacular city, now is the time!

PP include:

- Image cropped, rotated
- Levels
- Curves
- Saturation boosted a bit
- Exposure slightly corrected
- Resized, sharpened and border added.

Thanks fo you feedback!

*Post Challenge: This is great! First top 10! I played with the angle on purpose here, to give the illusion of the bike being on the ground. Seems to have fooled some anyways ;-) I too wished that someone would have stuck his head out the window at that moment!

These bikes are everywhere in the Old City. Here is the original shot and an outtake:

What a surprise when my niece came from Quebec with a couple of pictures of this building...
Of course, not as fancy as this nice composition of yours, which already was one of my favorites here in this challenge. Well done!

I like this image, having the bike on a wall is a nice twist and the angle makes it look like it could be on the ground.

I love your colours, your sharpness, the lighting - it's all excellent. My only issue is that I imagine the bike is on the side of the building, and given your composition / perspective, this doesn't appear to be this way at all. Maybe a different angle...?

This is great (I wish someone's head was stuck out of the right window )

i love the angle of the shot and the fact that the there is no color like the bycicle so that it pops!

Very ugly bike in my opinion, takes away from the picture.

wish you would've played with this angle a bit more but it's pretty neat nonetheless!

Really nice shot. That said, the context, in your image, is such that it almost looks like there are windows on the ground. I'm wondering if shooting it from the side, rather than below, would have been a better choice as you could more easily see that the bike was on the side of a building. Just a thought but it really is a good shot.

All-terrain is not an exaggeration here. I like the bold green and this certainly has some surprise value to it.

Huh... very interesting... The bike's colour REALLY makes it stand out and made me stop and think for a second. I love the perspective and composition.

I definitely liked the concept but think that a less constricting crop could have added some more perspective to the shot.
