 I really didn't want to do another flower shot but after failing to come up with a good shot of a bike and being that we had a fresh bouquet of roses I had to do it. Really simple shot, used someones idea of breathing on the lens to get the soft focus effect which took a couple of tries to get the right amount. Pretty happy with the final shot. Hope it does well!

Processing: Shot in jpeg, cropped, rotated, hue/saturation, sharpened, unsharp mask, resized and save for web.

Great detail and beauty in the rose, excellent lighting and positioning of the center of the rose as to give a bit of depth to the photo.
