These are some swans at a local lake.

They are sitting on a nest and presumably eggs, they have been there for quite a while so I expect there will be some chicks soon

swans are delightful, I hope you get a good shot of the chicks. we have a pair on a small lake close to work, & I often see their white shapes glowing in the dim light at sunset. inspiring. for me, trying to get a good picture of a swan is about like trying to shoot the moon. "D

I like how the grass frames them. This shot would be fun to play around with using bw conversion, or different crops, just to see how it changes the "mood" of the shot, I think.
