It's a very good subject, but what story does it tell? It's just laying there. More creativity needed. |

Nicely lit shot, but as a personal preference I would have prefered it to be stood on it's wheels, rhather than lying on it's side. |

The centered position and the upward direction make a good composition for presenting this skate. |

this doesn't excite me. the viewpoint is somewhat banal. the yellowish background seems bland. i wonder if you stood the skate up and put the camera on the ground next to it. i think the "larger-than-life" perspective might be a bit more dynamic. and a skating rink background with a disco ball might spice up the yellowish field. |

Technically this is fine, but the composition is blaah. Where is the other skate? The laces spread out would of added some interest, maybe a flower, glove, helmet.....something else is needed here. |
