Great detail in the subject and great lighting. A real 'getting away' feel. |

Several folks commented on dropping the keys... I think that a picture of you dropping the keys in the photo would have added even more to the "relaxing forget all the stress beach" approach, which I think goes well with the whole concept of vacation. Faster shutter would be needed but I think you could've managed it well since your DoF wasn't terribly deep and your ISO was nice and low. Really like the way the water is framed by the hand/keys/legs though. |

This shot is bright and lively, I find it hard to describe it any other way. Great job getting the keys in focus and using the blurry background to hint at the fun that is going on. This makes me wonder if turning around on her way out for one final look. |

Hehe - car keys at the beach. You can tell I'm from the north cuz I would have brought a towel instead :P It looks so bright so nice job not blowing out your subjects. |

I agree with someone else saying this has a vintage feel if the keys weren't modern. I like the composition of this. |

Yes, as some one mentioned, I hope you don't drop or loose these keys during this challenge. I like the perspective of this one, and also the crop as it has a mystery feeling about it.
A great start thats for sure. |

Just don't drop those keys or you'll be enjoying that beach much more than you planned. ;) |

I loke to composition and great DOF. The hand seems so much brighter than the leg, I think I would have tried to make them closer in brightness, still keeping the hand a little brighter but just not quite the huge difference there is now. |

Great lighting in this, nice warm feeling with an ocean breeze. No oceans in my area unfortunately... |

Fantastic, airy, summery shot. Despite the modern nature of the keys there's something slightly vintage about it - I'd love to see a slightly acidy/dated version. |

Neat photo. I like the drops of water on the leg as they add shape and depth to the leg. Too bad the wide white bands of water were not a little bluer to convey the beautuful ocean. |

Nice how the people in the foreground are framed by leg and keys.
Colors are bright and fun. This reminds me of what I do with my mom's car keys when I'm in Florida on the beach. Where to put them so they won't be swept away by a wave, or so the car won't be stolen... |
