R1.03 is approximately 15 US cents. Probably the cheapest photo prop I've ever bought.

Humble spud beginnings... let's see where this leads!

Very sharp. The only nitpick is the crop might just be slightly to close to the bottom. Also am looking forward to see where this leads.

I like the idea, start understated. I know I have all these grand ideas, but I am forcing myself to slowly build a foundation that will hold up all the great things to come. Well, thats the plan, stay tuned for the reality :)

Good detail on the label. I like the sepia.

This makes me want to figure out how much a potato is here now lol. Should be interesting to see what you do with this during the challenge!

Nice start. I wouldn't recognize this immediate as a potato. I like the plastic bag, but the white balance doesn't look good to me. It's all so yellow.

Cool - a real live Mr. Potato head! Are you going to add a face next?

A good introduction here and looking forward to the rest of the image you present to us in this side challenge. What fun we are all going to have.

I've never seen a potato in a bag like that. I can't wait for the unveiling of this one! :)

I thought of that. Problem is it's winter here and it might take quite a while for that to happen.

I think it did look a bit green, but the shape was what I wanted and, as I am planning to use it as a model for the next 30 days, I have no intention of ever eating it:)

It's a good starter pic. The beginning of great things. You could take the Mr. potato head concept to new heights.
