I prefer this one. I love everything about it but the right hand side foot. It needs a bit of history brushing with a really soft edge to help it look like it wasn't cut out of another photo and pasted in :) I do really like the new BG. I can't quit looking at it.

Add me as three ... my favorite of the three right here. The diagonal fade background really sets the figure off to perfection.
Actually I have to respectfully disagree with Jaker, I think the dark background actually grounds this shot. IMO the background set the statue off in a more pleasing and calming tone/light and actually puts the focus on the statue and not the background.
