First crime I see is you have this fine looking specimen of a woman sitting on a bird poop crusted statue. I enjoyed the picture, and of coarse the laugh that went with it..

Ummm - I really don't see any crime scene here.
The title "barely" shoehorns it into the challenge in my opinion.

This just doesn't do anything for me. I think the lighting is a bit harsh, and your composition is a bit static. Maybe a more unique angle and off center composition could help add interest to this.

White shirt bottom seems a bit too bright. Too many distractions from the brick of the building to the windows on the building to the tiers of concrete below the horse and different clumps of grasses.
