 This shot was taken while my family was off in the midwest. My dog Caly and I were bored so we decided to hop in the car and drive around. Caly with her head out the window catching the breeze, me with the camera out the window snapping away. I love this old farm near our house. It was the first stop of many that morning. I should have saved gas and gone home after taking these pictures...

A warm early summer morning in New England.

Editing: Levels, curves, hue/sat, selective colors, noise ninja, crop, resize/save for web, noise ninja post resize.

Peter, congrats again. Two 7's in a row (close enough)! I think I will take you up on the offer of advice and help! I drive by there at least 5 times a week, and I would never have stopped at that spot. Very well seen, and an excellent photo.

damnit. where is the water reflection, mountains, etc. ?? why is the sun in frame ??? why so many "elements" in the frame ??

just kidding. i think it's is really good photo. quite an separation between classic landscapes photo and the stuff in this kindof challenge. congratz!!

I like the sharply defined fence, and the angle at which it thrusts into the photo. Adds quite a bit of drama to the image.
