Ok... Ok... I know I said I wouldn't post tons of photos of my cat and now I'm doing it two days in a row.

Yesterday I was a busy bee and though I took some photos they were all for the trash.

This was really the only half-way interesting image - and after my editing, you don't even see why! The sun had crept down the door and Cosima was pressing her head against a part of the door that was still in shade. She was waiting for the sun to come down and hit her noggin.

I did some nik efex on this and overlayed with a xero porcelain filter.

This is not desaturated, by the way. I think I used Contrast Color Range... and there wasn't much color to begin with - white door, gray carpet and black cat - you do the math.

lol, well I'm glad you put an explanation, here I was thinking she was trying to reach under the door. I like the edit.

I like how there is some great contrast between the door and kitty. Nice composition as well.

The simplicity makes this shot, and that high contrast works well.

Strong black and white composition here. Quite dramatic.

I love how this is processed. And to me, it looks as if her paw is under the door like she's trying to get something on the other side.

I like how you can still see some texture in the cats fur.
