I agree with crabappl, and this is why;
The shot has great flow. One's eye naturally starts at the larger dark shape, then is carried by the sun's rays into the sky and to the balloons. But then it's pulled back to see what that other dark shape at the bottom is, interrupting that lovely flow.
It's a great shot that can be just that little bit better :) |

This is a great shot. I narrowed my browser and 'cropped' the woman on the left out and it becomes a much stronger shot with just the guy. Crop from her finger tips to the left out, and then a crop a hair on the right so to center the man, and you'll have a great print!

| this is a beautiful capture. i'm shocked it didn't do better than this. well acctually i'm not shocked, this does not fit the dpcer look, but I find it very nice. well done |

| wow this is a cool shot, personally I like this much better than many of the other shots in the challenge. gcant believe it didnt do better, but thats DPC great job |

| I like it, and I like it that the point of focus is on the people as it adds interest...there seem to be a few artifacts in the rays...other than that good...7 |
