I went down to Juxtlahuaca, Mexico on a mission trip in early July. It is about 10 hours south of Mexico City, in a small valley with a population of about 20,000. We actually helped this woman out. Last year our team made her a kitchen, and this year we helped with some landscaping around her house to help prevent mud sliding through her house, and also we made some stairs for her. This woman is in her 80s and she still climbs her trees to pick out fruit. She is probably only 4 feet tall and is one of the most incredible people I've ever met. She actually fed us while we were helping her out. A lot of it was straight from her garden. I was blessed as much by her as she was by us.

OK...but I don't think you took full advantage of this wonderful face...

Great character - I'd like to see both eyes.

The contrast between the traditional appering fabric on her head and the zippered sweatshirt adds interest. Should score well.

She looks very content! Very nice even lighting, great expression captured. The nitpickers will want more of the one eye, but I think it works very well as is.
