Here'a Petey. Petey won't sit still so this is the best I could get of him. He's got issues so I finally had to put him on Prozac. Now he sleeps longer and doesn't (hasn't) bite me anymore. He's just really needy, so if he doesn't get the right amount of attention he can get a wee bit aggressive.

Nice lighting and detail. He looks so soft. He almost has a glow about him.

Your first attempt at RAW turned out well, I think once you get used to it you won't go back. You've captured a lot of detail in his fur and great tones. One great thing about raw conversion is the ability to edit at 16 bits, which makes quite the difference if you make a lot of edits. Just another thought on the composition/angle, it appears you go down a bit on his level, and when I shoot these things I will try at many angles and see what works, although you may have done that.

Petey is very cute, but I'm scared :)

Love how this has come out. I don't understand shooting/processing RAW so I just don't. Lazy. I really like this though.
