After reading the title and assuming these are dental tools, this pic gave me the shudders! Any reason why you chose the blue tone for this image? I'm not sure I like it and would have prefered to see the image with the correct white balance or in plain black and white.

The monochrome doesn't help an otherwise ill-composed image. I think I like the idea you were pursuing, but not the execution. Perhaps if there was a tooth in the picture? Anyway, this one just looks odd...

I really like this whimsical image. Could almost be called "Dancing with Pliers". I'm not sure where the Strength Challenge comes in, but I don't really care. It's a delightful picture and I"m glad you entered it. Good luck.

??Hip replacement guy?? I like the colour distortion although many won't and the bright light works well..perhaps the pliers on the right could be lost, though?

Interesting idea, seems like there are to many lost highlights thouugh.

My latest dentist is a friend of mine...you don't scare me anymore with these tools.

I still dislike the cyan tone, especially on the background. And the middle foreground one has a weird highlighted contour. I would prefer to keep only the left part as a single subject, which is also the best lit one. (Nitpicking on a cool photo.)

Your giving me nightmares! I just had a crown prep! lol I like the shot and the steel, cold blue, all work for a good entry. Nice one.

that is scary. I like it a lot. it really brings out an emotional reaction. I'm not sure I like the over exposure.

Creepy coloring -- I like it.
