 Grilled Peaches

(1 peach per serving)
Serves warm
Add favorite ice cream if you want

4 medium sized peaches
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cranapple juice
1/2 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cut peaches in half, remove pits
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl
Put peaches in mixture and coat well
Put in fridge for 1 hour or longer if you have time
Mix up every 15 minutes or so
Get grill hot, put peaches on the grill flat side down
Cook about 6 minutes
The skin will start to peel off, so remove the skin carefully
Turn over and cook a few more minutes (you have to judge this for yourself), grill temperature will vary cooking time
Baste peaches with the brown sugar mixture while cooking
Plate up when ready and spoon on a little extra mixture to sweeten up a little more.

i like this photo, close up and all the peaches fill almost the entire area. the lighting is good and the colors are somewhat soothing to my eye. the only part of this photo that distracts me is the blue section in the upper left corner.

This is not a very appetizing photo.. Hard to tell what I'm looking at without the title.
