 Sam Adam's Winter Ale

Simple recipe. Chill and poor. Not my favorite beer, but not bad. I prefer a much darker beer, which was, funny enough, missing from the fridge. I'm not comfortable with still life photography, as I struggle with a good composition. So I decided to keep it simple so I could enter something for the side tournaments. I'll be happy if I help topple the Germans and their captain julietnn.

Nice idea for an abstract/minimal composition. I think a little more light cast through the beer would help to boost the contrast.

Wonderful graphic abstract, with an ever-so-slightly sexy curve. No vote but really wish I could. This is a great shot and one to be proud of (and printed!) no matter what the score outcome :)
