Wash and dry all components
Slice peppers, limes, peel onions
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes, dry, then apply some olive oil
Arrange components on skewers alternating the tomato, onion, pepper, lime, shrimp
Grill for about 5 minutes on each side over hot coals
Cook rice while grilling
Arrange shrimp over rice
Enjoy

The blue plate detracts slightly from the kabobs, while the background red meshes quite well.

the picture overall seems to be too busy, i like the red and blue framing but theres too much going on the main part of the picture. image overall is very soft also and looks like was sharpened too much to compensate for it.

Sadly out of focus, and the light is flat. Sorry!

The colors are good... I think it's over-processed, though. I wish the shrimp upper left weren't cut off.

I also wish I could have eaten some of it. Looks delicious.
